The five heroes standing together in a sunny meadow: Lumi the mage, Sol the healer, Pip the knight with sword and shield, Nyx the rogue and Brindle the archer.

Start with three. Unlock two more.

Pip, Lumi and Brindle set out together. Sol joins after your first ascension and Nyx after your third.

Every hero has a class ultimate, a skill tree to shape and three looks to collect.

    Knight · Shield Bash

  2. Lumi

    Mage · Arcane Burst

  3. Brindle

    Archer · Pierce Shot

  4. Sol

  5. Nyx

    3rd ascension
The battle screen: the party fights a boss in the Mossy Glade while gold counts up.

Pop in, collect, level up.

Your party fights on its own. Come back to the gold they earned while you were away, spend it on levels, and watch milestone levels double a hero’s attack.

No energy bars, and a boss you can’t beat yet simply waits for you.

The Prestige screen, with the Ascend button and the Meta Tree of permanent upgrades.

When a run stalls, ascend.

Your party starts over and you earn Star Shards for permanent upgrades in the Meta Tree. The further you pushed before ascending, the more shards you get, so every run makes the next one faster.

Three realms, round and round.

Every ten zones the world changes. After the Sunken Citadel the climb loops back to the Glade, with tougher monsters each time.

  • The Glade Warden, a mossy antlered ogre, in a sunny meadow.

    Mossy Glade

Zones 1–10 · boss: the Glade Warden

  • The Heart of the Caves, a stone golem with a glowing gem, among blue crystals.

    Crystal Caves

Zones 11–20 · boss: the Heart of the Caves

  • The Sunken Leviathan, a blue sea serpent, rising between kelp and bubbles.

    Sunken Citadel

Zones 21–30 · boss: the Sunken Leviathan

What it costs

Is it free?
Yes. The whole game is free to download and play.
Are there ads?
One banner, on the Shop screen only, never during a fight. Video ads are always your choice: watch one for a reward, like double gold for 30 minutes.
Can I get rid of the banner?
Yes, with a one-time Remove Ads purchase in the Shop. The optional videos stay, in case you still want their rewards.
Do I need an account?
No. Your save lives on your phone and the game plays offline. Uninstalling wipes it, so use Export save in Settings first.
What do you collect?
Crash reports and anonymous gameplay events, such as the zone you reached, so we can fix bugs and tune the balance. The ad provider has its own practices. Both are covered in the privacy policy.
