Acceptance
By installing or using Tiny Realms ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
License
cryingmybest grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on devices you own, for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.
- Do not modify the Application or its data files in ways that interfere with intended gameplay.
- Do not exploit bugs to obtain in-game advantages that the developer has not intended.
In-App Purchases
The Application may offer a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. We do not store payment information.
Advertising
Free users see ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are entirely opt-in — they never play without your tap.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cryingmybest is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including lost game progress.
Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
